RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT FOR WEST
MEDICINE LAKE PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Barton-Aschman for the master planning
of West Medicine Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that additional
park planning be done in the form of a focus group for this project, and
WHEREAS, the existing contract calls for additional compensation for work outside the
original contract agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIINNESOTA, that the existing contract between Barton-Aschman
Associates, Inc., and the City of Plymouth, is hereby amended to allow for additional work to
be billed on a time and materials basis for a citizens' focus group to participate in the master
planning of this park, and further, that the Finance Director is authorized to charge this
additional expense to the project construction fund.
