RESOLUTION 93 -811
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN FOR THE
COUNTY ROAD 9 CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth proposes to construct County Road 9, City Project
No. 310; and
WHEREAS; there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of County Road 9 to
allow the reasonable construction of said street; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1.45:1 which
is greater than required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M][NNESOTA,: That the Mayor is authorized to
execute the Findings of Fact, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan
for the construction of County Road 9, City Project No. 310 subject to:
1. Army Corps of Engineers Permit
2. Minnehaha Creek Watershed Commission Permit
3. Bassett Creek Watershed Commission permit.
