RESOLUTION 93 -810
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN FOR
METROQUIP BUILDING
WHEREAS, H. B. Hayden, the owner of the Metroquip building proposes to fill
wetlands for commercial development; and
WHEREAS; there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the building and
parking lot to allow reasonable constriction; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1:1 ratio which
is the minimum required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNFSOTA,: That the Mayor is authorized to
execute the Findings of Fact, approving the fulling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan
for wetland restoration in the Metroquip building site subject to:
1. Army Corps of Engineers Permit
2. Basset Creek Watershed Commission Permit
3. The City Council approving the Site Plan for the Metroquip building.
