RESOLUTION NO. 93$08
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - FORSTER PRESERVE
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of
ornamental residential street lighting in the Forster Preserve Addition.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA"
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Forster Preserve Addition by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council of
December 20, 1993 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made on conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.0
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
