RESOLUTION 93 -805
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 9 AND FINAL
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (54TH AVE. TO 55TH AVE.)
CITY PROJECT NO. 106 - PHASE II
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ryan Contracting, Inc. of Burnsville,
MN, as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Northwest Boulevard, City
Project No. 106 - Phase II, said agreement being dated April 7, 1992; and
WHEREAS; the City Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $402,788.20. and the value of the work to
date is $364,184.93.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Northwest Boulevard, City Project
No. 106 - Phase II and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being
the same, is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of the
performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 9 and Final in the amount of $23,163.23 to Ryan
Contracting, Inc. for the improvement is hereby approved and the City Finance
Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
