RESOLUTION 93 -793
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NE QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND I-494.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
West Suburban Health Campus by City Council Resolution 93-466; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $17,302.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $17,302.00, which was
submitted to guarantee Tree Preservation for West Suburban Health Campus.
Adopted by the City Council on December 20, 1993.
