RESOLUTION 93-792
RENEWAL OF AN AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MINNEGASCO LOCATED AT 11525 51ST
AVENUE NORTH (92049)
WHEREAS, Minnegasco has requested Renewal of an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to install a vehicle fueling appliance for
property described as follows:
Lot 16, Block 2, Schmidt Lake Woods, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and,
commonly know as 11525 51st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIINNESCT 1, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Minnegascw for Renewal of an Amended Planned Unit Development
Plan and Conditional Use Permit to install a vehicle fueling appliance for property
located at 11525 51st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions::
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
4. The City has not received any complaints or comments regarding this use in the
past year.
5. This use is compatible with the intent of the PUD. Additional annual renewals
of this Conditional Use Permit are not required.
