RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 213
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for construction of Schmidt Lake Road,
bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. of Osseo, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with C.S. McCrossan Construction of Osseo,
MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for Schmidt Lake Road Utility &
Street Improvement Project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $2,188,314.38.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits %fade with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
