HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-762CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-762 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDPIIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GLENN AND PATRICE OLANDER-QUAMME FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10750 55th PLACE NORTH (93118) WHEREAS, Glenn and Patrice Olander-Quamme have requested an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a home expansion for property located at 10750 55th Place North. The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 6, Block 1, Harrison Hills 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Glenn and Patrice Olander-Quamme for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a home expansion for property located at 10750 55th Place North, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments of variances are granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. 4. The size of the home addition shall be 14 feet by 39 feet. 5. The home addition may encroach to within 14 feet of the rear property line. 6. The home occupation in the home shall not be expanded beyond the approval granted by Resolution 93-418. Adopted by the City Council on December 6, 1993.
