Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1993-751CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 93-751 DIRECTING FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PREPARE ORL NANCE AMENDMENTS FOR LICENSE AND PERMIT FEE Cl .'AGES WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 15, 1993 to review the license and permit fee within Section 10 of the City Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council has recommended changes to these fees; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to approve ordinance amendments to formally approve these changes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is directed to prepare ordinance amendments incorporating these changes as recommended by the City Council at the November 15th public hearing. Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
