RESOLUTION 93 -750
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
OPPORTUNITY WORKSHOP, INC.FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10000 51ST
AVENUE NORTH (91049)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Opportunity Workshop, Inc. was approved under an
Administration Approval Lester dated July 12, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $35,102.68; and,
WJffiiBAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-722, authorized the reduction of
the bond to $5,375; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY IMM C1TY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNESOTA, that it shoukt and hereby does authorize
the release of the Savings Account #6232147145 in the amount of $5,375, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Opportunity Workshop, Inc., located at
10000 51st Avenue North.
Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
