RESOLUTION 93 -749
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF VINEWOOD LANE
AND ROCKFORD ROAD (90051)
WIMtBAS, a Site Plan for Rockford Road Plaza was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-432; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $181,500; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-191, authorized the reduction of
the Bond/1920642 to $90,750; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-723, authorized the reduction of
the Bond 11920642 to $12,500; and,
WiIEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected .paid site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, TH]MWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Bard in the amount of $12,500, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Ryan Construction Company for the Rockford Road Plaza
located at the northeast corner of Vinewood Lane and Rocldord Road.
Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
