RESOLUTION NO, 93-736
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PLYMOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION (88112)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 17, 1989, David R.
Dahl and Laurie J. Dahl, developers of Plymouth Meadows Addition (88112), has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Street Construction $ 28,000 $ -0-
Sanitary Sewer 15,300 -0-
Watermain 9,600 -0-
Storm Sewer 10,000 -0-
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 1,500 -0-
Pond or Ditch Construction 1,000 -0-
Street Signs 150 -0-
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 16,500 -0-
Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0-
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 9.846 -0-
TOTAL $ 91,896 $ -0-
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $6,000 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. In this instance a cash
deposit has been provided and the funds will be returned to the developer by the
Finance Department upon receipt of the required one year maintenance guarantee.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:
Maintenance of Erosion
and Sediment Control Plan
Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning
Cash: $1,000 $ -0- *
Letter of Credit: $9,000 $ -0- *
* See Grading Permit No. 22541 for
required financial guarantees
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is
+ accepted for continual maintenance as of November 15, 1993 subject to the one year
guarantee by the developer.
Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
