RESOLUTION 93-727
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO
LOT DMSION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LAUKKA-WILLIAMS PARKBRS LAKE
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURG LANE NORTH
AND 18TH AVENUE NORTH (93099)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Laukka-
Williams Parkers Lake located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane North and
18th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
following condition to be met:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required drainage and utility easements.
Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
