HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-726CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-726 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION LAUKKA-WILLIAMS PARKERS LAKE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURG LAND NORTH AND 18th AVENUE NORTH (93099) WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval for a lot division/consolidation for the creation of 4 parcels located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane North and 18th Avenue North. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/consolidation for Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake for property located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane North and 18th Avenue North. i. Parcel A OUTLOT A, PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles. Hennepin County, Minnesota. EXCEPT that part embraced within PARKERS LAKE. NORTH 8TH ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles. Hennepin County, Minnesota, and EXCEPT that part of said OUTLOT A which lies northerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 8.00 feet southerly from the southerly line of BLOCK 3 in said PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION and which lies easterly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of LOT 3 in said BLOCK 3 and which lies westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of LOT 4 in said BLOCK 3. To be divided and consolidated as follows: I W-1- LIQ LOT 61, BLOCK 1, PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file and of record it the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and, that part of LOT 62, said BLOCK 1 which lies northerly of LINE A and its extensions, said LINE A being described as follows: beginning at a point of the northerly line of said LOT 62 distant 42.13 feet westerly from the northeast comer of said LOT 62, as measured along said northerly line; thence westerly to a point on the westerly line of said LOT 62 distant 17.31 feet southerly from the northwest comer of said LOT 62, as measured along said westerly line, and said LINE A there terminating; and, that part of OUILOT A, said PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDMON, lying easterly of a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet westerly from the westerly lines of said LOTS 61 and 62, which lies southerly of the westerly extension of the northerly line of said LOT 61 and which lies northerly of the westerly extension of said LINE A.
