RESOLUTION 93-725
APPROVING AMENDED 11IDCED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAUKKA-WILLIAMS PARKERS LAKE LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURG LAND NORTH AND 18th AVENUE
NORTH (93099)
WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval for an Amended Mixed
Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the reduction in the size of
the common open space for property located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane North
and 18th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake for an Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan and
Conditional Use Permit for the reduction in the size of the common open space for property
located at the southeast comer of Vicksburg Lane North and 18th Avenue North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The request is responsive to the Mixed Planned Unit Development Conditional Use
Permit findings with respect to compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood.
2. The resulting loss of common open space does not negatively impact the PUD Plan
Regarding common open space.
3. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied.
4. This amendment is to allow for the reduction of Outlot A, Parkers Lake North 3rd
Addition by 1,174 square feet and to add 356 square feet to Lot 61 Block 1, 373 square
feet to Lot 62 Block 1, and 445 square feet to Lot 1 Block 2. The amendments is also
to allow the transfer of 411 square feet from Lot 62 Block 1 to Lot 61 Block 1 Parkers
Lake North 3rd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on November 15, 1993.
