APPROVING REDUCTION OF 1993 REMOVAL AND
DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL 1
PID NO. 20-118-22-12-0002
WHEREAS, the property owner requested a reduction of the assessment on PID No.
20-118-22-12-0002 because of lack of proper notification, and
WHEREAS, the City Council agreed to reduce the amount of the assessment by the
total amount of the City's administrative fee of $2,790.30;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is
authorized to reduce the assessment on PID No. 20-118-22-12-0002 from $13,951.50
to $11,161.30
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
