RESOLUTION NO. 93-721
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A
TRAIL AND WALKWAY EASEMENT
OUTLOT B AND LOT 10, SAGAMORE ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain trail and walkway easements in
Sagamore Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for November 1,
1993 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of November 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 1, 1993 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the trail and walkway easement in
Outlot B and Lot 10, Sagamore Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following trail and walkway easement be vacated:
The north 20 feet abutting Trenton Lane of Outlot B and the North 20 feet of
Lot 10, Sagamore, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said County.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on November 1. 1993 , with the original
thereof on file in my office, and signed by me, City Clerk, and the same is a correct
transcription thereof.
