RESOLUTION 93- 717
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAUKKA-WILLIAMS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 18TH AVENUE
NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE (93108)
WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to
bring in approximately 8,000 square yards of fill for property located at the northeast
comer of 18th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Laukka-Williams for a Conditional Use Permit to bring in approximately
8,000 square yards of fill for property located at the northeast comer of 18th Avenue
North and Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. This Conditional Use Permit is for the modification of an existing berm to
increase the berm in size and length by the addition of approximately 8,000
cubic yards of fill.
4. A Site Improvement Performance Agreement shall be submitted to cover the
improvements on this site.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
