APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR HARSTAD COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE AT 42ND AVENUE NORTH (93098)
WHEREAS, Harstad Companies has requested a Final Plat for "Kingsview Heights 3rd
Addition" located west of Fembrook Lane at 42nd Avenue North; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat for Harstad Companies for "Kingsview Heights 3rd Addition" located
west of Fembrook Lane at 42nd Avenue North.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
