RESOLUTION 93 - 702
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
MEDICINE LAKE PROPERTIES LTD PARTNERSHIP FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 9909 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE (91014)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Medicine Lake Properties was approved under an
Administrative Approval Leter dated May 21, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Savings Certificate in the amount of $2,900.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the reduction of the Savings Certificate #66032, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Medicine Labe Properties Ltd Partnership to a new total guarantee of
$725.00.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
