RESOLUTION 93 - 701
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
UNITED POWER ASSOCIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF
I-494 AND THE SOO LINE RAILROAD (92075)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for United Power Association was approved under City
Council Resolution 92-588; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $114,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HAY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NDINESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the reduction of the Bond # 8301-29-41, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for United Power Association to a new total guarantee of $2,500.00.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
