RESOLUTION 93 - 699
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR
FAMILY HOPE SERVICES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3315 FERNBROOK
LANE NORTH (91013)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Family Hope Services was approved under City Council
Resolution 91-309; and,
WHEREAS, the developer being of non-profit status signed the required Site
Performance Agreement to guarantee the amount of $24,950.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Site Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Site Performance Agreement in the amount of $24,950.00, which was
signed to guarantee site improvements for Family Hope Services.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
