RESOLUTION NO. 93-698
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT 1991
FOR GREGORY PAUL
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 08-118-22-12-0005 proposes to fill wetlands
and has requested an exemption under the 1991 Wetiand Act; and
WHEREAS, the wetland to filled is to be used for pasture; and
WHEREAS, the work is exempt from the Wetland act under Exemptions No. 7
and 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH% CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Wetland Conservation Act 1991.
