RESOLUTION 93- 697
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GREGORY PAUL, LOCATED
AT 5250 DUNKIRK LANE NORTH (93083)
WHEREAS, Gregory Paul has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to
bring in approximately 500 cubic yards of fill for property located at 5250 Dunkirk
Lane North and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, TAIIREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Gregory Paul for a Conditional Use Permit to bring in approximately
500 cubic yard of fill for property located at 5250 Dunkirk Lane North subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. This Conditional Use Permit is for placement of approximately 500 cubic yards
of fill in the eastern section of this parcel.
4. The site in question has been reviewed for compliance with the 1991 State
Wetland Regulations and has been found to be exempt from the regulations.
5. The request has been reviewed and approved by the Elm Creek Watershed
Management Commission.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
