RESOLUTION 93- 696
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR NORTH SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF I-494
AND COUNTY ROAD 47 (93035)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located southwest of I-494 and County Road 47 from FRD (Future Restricted
Development) District and RPUD 86-1 to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence)
District in conjunction with approval of the RPUD Preliminary Plat for Camelot
Overlook Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on November 1, 1993.
