RESOLUTION 93- 693
ACCEPTING THE CONSORTIUM CCtdPREHENSIVE
HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA has reviewed the Hennepin Housing Consortium 1994-98
Five Year Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) as prepared by Urban
Hennepin County and has reviewed the 1994 Annual CHAS prepared by Thibault Associates, a
consultant to the HRA; and,
WHEREAS, provision has been made for the appropriate public comment period for both
CHAS documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it accepts the Hennepin Housing Consortium Five Year
199498 CHAS and the 1994 Annual CHAS as a planning guide to improve the availability of
affordable housing in the City of Plymouth.
