CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 690
APPOINTMENT OF PROPERTY/CASUALTY INSURANCE AGENT OF
RECORD
WHEREAS, the City utilizes an insurance agent to review, solicit and recommend
insurance for the City's property/casualty insurance coverage, and
WHEREAS, six proposals were received from insurance agencies proposing to provide
to the City, and
WHEREAS, T.C. Field & Company was determined to be the best proposal for the
City's insurance needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That T.C. Field & Company is
appointed property/casualty insurance agent of record for the City of Plymouth effective
November 1, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on October 18, 1993.
