RESOLUTION NO. 93-689
DENYING CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION
WHEREAS, Project Developers, Inc., the developers of Woodlands 3rd
Addition, is requesting a Certificate of Exemption be from the 1991
Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, the request is based on Exemption #24
WHEREAS, the request for a Certificate of Exemption does not meet the
requirements of Exemption 124, 1991 Wetlands Conservation Act;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the request for Certificate of Exemption from
the 1991 Wetlands Conservation Act is denied for Woodlands 3rd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on October 18, 1993.
