Resolution No. 93-686
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE PREPAYMENT AND REDEMPTION OF
CERTAIN OUTSTANDING GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota (the "City") as follows:
1. Authorization and Finding: It is hereby found,
determined and declared that it is necessary and expedient to
the sound financial management of the City, for the City to
prepay and redeem from monies currently on deposit with the City
and available therefor a portion of the outstanding principal
amount of certain general obligation bonds of the City.
2. The Finance Director and other officers and staff of
the City are hereby authorized and directed to take all actions
and do all things necessary to provide for the prepayment and
redemption of the respective general obligation bonds of the
City identified in Exhibit A attached hereto on the Call Dates
and in the Amounts Callable as set forth in said Exhibit A.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, this 18th day of October, 1993.
