CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-668
APPROVING AGREEMENT
NORTH SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT
CITY FILE (93035)
WHEREAS, during consideration of the preliminary plat for the proposed
North Suburban development south of County Road 47 and west of I-494, the
adjoining property owner to the south requested modifications to the plat
to accommodate the existing gravel road remaining in place and additional
depth of the sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed that an agreement between the
developer, the property owner to the south, and the City be prepared
addressing these issues; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared and is recommended for approval
by City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to enter into the
agreement with North Suburban Development and Jerome P. and Betty A.
Begin concerning the proposed North Suburban development, City File
93035.
