RESOLUTION 93 - 665A
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR CHERRY IM I BUILDERS, INC. FOR
TRENTON PONDS LOCATED NORTH OF 101H AVENUE NORTH AND ONE
BLACK EAST OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE MMS)
WHEREAS, Cherry Hill Builders, Inc. has requested a Final Plat for Trenton Ponds
located north of 10th Avenue North and one block east of South Shore Drive; and,
NOW,I1111REFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat for Cherry Hill Builders, Inc. for Trenton Ponds located north of 10th
Avenue North and one block east of South Shore Drive.
