CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-662
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
FERNBROOK LANE BETWEEN 47TH AVENUE AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Fernbrook
Lane between 47th Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road by the construction of
bituminous street and concrete curb and gutter in conformance with
Municipal State Aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Fernbrook Lane
between 47th Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Fernbrook Lane
between 47th Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road.

resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council
on October 18, 1993 with the original thereof on file in my office,

thereof.
