RESOLUTION NO. 93- 655
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE INTOXICATING
AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS
FOR REGENCY PLYMOUTH VENTURES
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, 3131 CAMPUS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale intoxicating and
Sunday liquor license from Regency Plymouth Ventures Limited Partnership for 3131
Campus Drive; and
W EREAS, Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the
issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on November 15,
1993, to consider the application of Regency Plymouth Ventures Limited Partnership
for an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license at 3131 Campus Drive.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 18, 1993.
