RESOLUTION 93 - 651
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAWN PRODUCTIONS FOR A
HAUNTED HAYRIDE LOCATED AT 4005 COUNTY ROAD 101 (93109)
WHEREAS, Dawn Productions has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit
for a haunted hayride to be held at 4005 County Road 101; and,
WHIMEAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Dawn Productions for a Conditional Use Permit to hold a haunted
hayride for property located at 4005 County Road 101, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Dawn Productions for a haunted hayride and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas as shown on the approved
plan.
5. The event shall run from October 19, 1993 through October 31, 1993, except
for Mondays. Hours of operation shall be 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. week nights,
and, 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekends.
6. The bonfire located on the site shall meet the Fire Division's definition of a
"recreational fire".
7. The applicant shall place portable toilets on the site to provide for the sanitation
needs of the customers.
8. A copy of the applicant's insurance for this event shall be submitted to the City.
9. The applicant shall provide all necessary safety precautions for those persons
walling along or crossing County Road 101 as they travel to and from the
event, including, but not limited to the use of crossing guards.
