AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR SCIMMER PARTNERSHIP FOR HOLLY CREEK 2ND
ADDITION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT FOUNTAIN LANE AND COUNTY
ROAD 9 (91106)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Scherber Partnership for Holly Creek 2nd Addition by City Council Resolution 93-600;
and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHERBAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $12,625 to
secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHBRBAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $12,625, which was submitted to
guarantee Tree Preservation for Scherber Partnership for Holly Creek 2nd Addition
located at Fountain Lane and County Road 9.
