RESOLUTION 93 -649
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
CARLSON COMPANIES, INC. FOR THE OPERATIONS TRAINING CENTER
PARKING LOT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12755 HIGHWAY 55 (92072)
WH]RUM, a Site Plan for Carlson Companies, Inc. for the Operation Training Center
Parlring Lot was approved under Administrative Approval Letter dated August 21,
1992; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit ##401688 in the amount of $315,554; and,
WiEEtBAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, TMUFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the reduction of the Lester of Credit #5401688, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Carlson Companies, Inc. to a new total guarantee of $5,786.
Adopted by the City Council on October 18, 1993.
