CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 93 - 647
RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ZERO MAS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13200 6TH AVENUE NORTH (91075)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Zero Max was approved under City Council Resolution 91-
583; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $55,795, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-387, authorized the reduction of
the Certificate of Deposit to $6,448; and,
WHEIREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M]DOMSOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Certificate of Deposit #881744 in the amount of $6,448, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Zero Max located at 13200 6th Avenue
North.
Adopted by the City Council on October 18, 1993.
