RESOLUTION 93 - 640
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT
AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GOFF HOMES, INC. LOCATED WEST
OF XEHUM LANE AT 36TH AVENUE NORTH (93008) (RPUD 93-1)
WHEREAS, Goff Homes, Inc. has requested a Final Plat for "Rockford Estates"
located west of Xenium Lane at 36th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contract for Goff Homes, Inc. located west of Xenium
Lane at 36th Avenue North, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 18, 1993.
