CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 93-635
APPROVING RPUD LANDSCAPE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR VICKSBURG VILLAGE APARTMENTS
LOCATED AT 15700 ROCKFORD ROAD (91071)
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Life has requested approval for a RPUD Landscape Plan
Amendment for property located 15700 Rockford Road; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Metropolitan Life for a RPUD Landscape Plan Amendment for property located
15700 Rockford Road, subject to the following conditions:
1. Landscape Plan meets the City's Landscaping Policy regarding landscaping
adjacent to parking lots.
2. The Landscaping Plan dated May 26, 1993, shall replace a Landscaping Plan
dated March 19, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
