RESOLUTION NO. 93-627
CONSENT TO PUBLIC TRAIL EASEMENT
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Maple Grove has requested that the City of Plymouth
consent to the construction of a public trail adjacent to the north line
of the Bass Creek Business Park 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth has existing utility and drainage easements also along
this property line; and
WHEREAS, the property owner is willing to grant the trail easement to the
City of Maple Grove; and
WHEREAS, provisions are made in the granting of the easement that
Plymouth's previous easements have priority over the trail easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute the "Consent to Public Trail Easement" on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
Bass Creek Business Park 2nd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
