RESOLUTION NO. 93-617
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
HEATHER RUN ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 4, 1993, a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Heather Run
Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report
was received by the Council on October 4, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of
real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
October 4, 1993. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.

DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - AUTUMN HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of
ornamental residential street lighting in the Autumn Hills Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting improvement of Autumn Hills Addition by the
installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City
Council on October 4, 1993 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 10OZ of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
