RESOLUTION NO. 93-615
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
TRAIL AND WALKWAY EASEMENTS
OUTLOT B AND LOT 10, SAGAMORE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, John DeVries has petitioned the City Council for
the vacation of the following trail and walkway easement:
The North 20 feet abutting Trenton Lane of Outlot B and the North 20 feet of Lot 10,
Sagamore, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Registrar of Deeds in and for said County.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 1, 1993 at
7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
