RESOLUTION 93 - 613
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR ORRIN THOMPSON HOMES FOR BRIDLEWOOD FARM
3RD ADDITION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF BROCKTON LANE AND MEDINA ROAD (9302 1)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Orrin Thompson Homes for Bridlewood Farm 3rd Addition by City Council Resolution
93-190; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $14,300 in
the form of a L.C. #92072 to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $14,300, which was submitted to
guarantee Tree Preservation for Orrin Thompson Homes for Bridlewood Farm 3rd
Addition located at the northeast comer of Brockton Lane and Medina Road.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
