RESOLUTION 93 - 612
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR ARGUS DEVELOPMENT FOR EAGLEWOOD ADDITION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND
GOLDENROD LANE (92110)
VMMEAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Argus Development by City Council Resolution 93-188; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHIMEAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $11,542.50
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $11,542.50, which was
submitted to guarantee Tree Preservation for Argus Development for Eaglewood
Addition located northeast of County Road 9 and Goldenrod Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
