RESOLUTION 93 -610
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FEC CONSTRUCTION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2765 NIAGARA LANE (93094)
WHEREAS, FEC Constriction has requested a Site Plan Amendment for property
located at 2765 Niagara Lane North; and
WHEREAS, th, Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of FEC Construction for a Site Plan Amendment for property located at
2765 Niagara Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new strictures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution.
4. Any additional signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. The Site Plan Amendment is for constriction of a vestibule and deck onto an
existing silo as shown on the approved plans.
