HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-606CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93 - 606 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PRIME BUILDERS, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST INTERSECTION OF TRENTON LANE AND 44TH AVENUE NORTH (93091) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Lot Consolidation for Prime Builders, Inc. located at the southwest intersection of Trenton Lane and 44th Avenue North; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot Consolidation: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjac:.nt to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu in effect at the time of recording of the Lot Consolidation with Hennepin County. 4. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin County. S. Appropriate documents shall be filed on all parcels indicating that in conjunction with this division, conceptual documents have been placed on file with the City for future reference. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. Vacation of Trenton Lane adjacent to the property being consolidated. Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
