RESOLUTION 93 - 604
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PRIME BUILDERS, INC. LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST INTERSECTION OF TRENTON LANE AND 44TH
AVENUE NORTH (93091)
WHEREAS, Prime Builders, Inc. has requested approval for a Lot Consolidation for
the creation of 1 parcel, located at the southwest intersection of Trenton Lane and 44th
Avenue North; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approved
the Lot Consolidation for Prime Builders, Inc. for property located at the southwest
intersection of Trenton Lane and 44th Avenue North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS:
PARCEL A
Lot 9, Block 1, Sagamore, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 10, Block 1, Sagamore, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 9 and 10, Block 1, Sagamore, reserving easements of record, together with
the south 30 feet of vacated Trenton Lane lying east of the northerly extension
of the west line of Lot 10, Block 1, Sagamore, and lying west of the
southwesterly extension of the south easterly line of Outlot A, Hamm Berg
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Division/Consolidation is
approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
