RESOLUTION 93 -602
APPROVING LOT DMSION/CONSOLIDATION FOR JANICE AND LEO
KIEFFER LOCATED AT 4280 OAKVIEW LANE NORTH (93104)
WHEREAS, Janice and Leo Kieffer have requested approval for a Lot
Division/Consolidation for the creation of 2 parcels, located 4280 Oakview Lane
North;
NOW, THB1tEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approved
the Lot Division/Consolidation for Janice and Leo Kieffer for property located at 4280
Oakview Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS:
PARCEL A
Lot 20, Block 2, Swan Lake, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 15, Block 3, Swan Lake South Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 20, Block 2, Swan Lake, Hennepin County, Minnesota; also,
That part of Lot 15, Block 3, Swan Lake South Addition, lying northerly of the
following described line and its easterly extension.
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 15, said point being the
southwest corner of Lot 20, Block 2, Swan Lake; thence easterly to a point on
the east line of said Lot 15 distant 8.00 feet southerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 15 and said line there terminating.
PARCEL B
Lot 15, Block 3, Swan Lake South Addition, except that part lying northerly of
the following described line and its easterly extension.

Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 15, said point being the
southwest comer of Lot 20, Block 2, Swan Lake; thence easterly to a point on
the east line of said Lot 15 distant 8.00 feet southerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 15 and said line there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Division/Consolidation is
approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
