RESOLUTION 93 - 600
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR SCHERBER
PARTNERSHIP, INC. FOR "HOLLY CREEK 2ND ADDITION" LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF DUNKIRK LANE AND 41ST AVENUE NORTH (93096)
WHEREAS, Scherber Partnership, Inc. has requested a Final Plat for "Holly Creek
2nd Addition" located west of Dunkirk Lane and 41 st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIIVNF.SOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contract for Scherber Partnership, Inc. for "Holly
Creek 2nd Addition" located on the west side of Dunkirk Lane and 41 st Avenue North,
and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
